The Account Executive (AE) is the face of SWOOP to the client. They manage the account budget, pitches to the client, schedule meetings and relay information from the client to the rest of the account team. The AE is top of the chain-of-command for the team - all work must first be presented to the account executive to ensure it falls in line with the client’s expectations.
